Member Duties : Environmental Stewardship Projects are place-based in Seattle, Olympia, the San Juan Islands, and Eastern Washington. Member activities may include, but are not limited to fire mitigation, invasive species removal, debris removal, plant establishment interventions, seasonal youth activities, educational outreach, gardening, seed collection and banking, coordination of volunteer restoration events and activities. All AmeriCorps members are required to recruit volunteers for National Days of Service. **To help us match you to a project, please state your project and geographic preferences in the motivational statement section of the application.
