General Function:
Responsible for the overall cleanliness, safety and upkeep of the facility and park at Spanaway Regional Park.As a condition of employment, the applicant will need to authorize and complete a background check. Information received from the background check is reviewed case-by-case and will not necessarily remove an applicant from consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performs general ground maintenances such as but not limited to weeding, trimming and mowing.
• Perform custodial work such as but not limited to sweeping, mopping, litter and trash disposal.
• Perform Parking lot monitoring / patrol.Job Requirements:
• Ability to lift, push and pull 50 lbs.
• Ability to work inside and out
• Ability to work in both hot and cold weatherDesired Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
