Position: Bookkeeper

Position Overview

The Bookkeeper is responsible for bookkeeping activities that keep GRuB’s financial operations operating smoothly in an accessible, accountable, and transparent fashion.  Following GRuB’s accounting policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Semi-monthly payroll (13-member core staff, plus seasonal employees)
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Monthly Reconciliations (bank statements, credit cards)
  • Reporting (pulling customized [pre-designed] Quickbooks reports, taxes, annual W2 and 1099 preparation)
  • Filing
