The City of Bothell is recruiting for a Surface Water Intern!

The internship will be approximately June 16 – October 15, 2021 and is authorized for 800 hours.

We are looking for someone with a science background that is excited about working in the field and gaining new skills! You will complete in-stream work with staff, collecting data and learning how to analyze and report on your findings. As you will be working with multiple staff on various projects, you must be adaptable and flexible.  The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be passionate about doing field data collection.

In this internship you must be able to:

• Work on uneven ground, as well as in and around streams.
• Be able to work with technology and scientific equipment.
• Be okay getting wet and dirty!
