Our Habitat Business Operations Manager,

Fleet operations management.

  • Develops and implements program vehicle management policies and procedures – orders short and long-term lease vehicles, coordinates/tracks vehicle assignments, sends old vehicles to surplus, monitors and tracks expenditures.
  • Trains Habitat Program staff on new fleet management procedures.
  • Serves as Habitat Program main point of contact with Department of Enterprise Services (DES) for vehicle leases and ensures affected Program staff receive timely updates on any changes in policy or procedure from DES.
  • Provides DES with feedback from staff regarding vehicles, performance, and safety issues, reporting requirements, etc.
  • Has primary responsibility for all vehicles assigned to the Habitat Program Administrative Operations Division, including mileage, reporting, and vehicle maintenance.

Facilities management. 

  • Participates on Agency Facility Coordination committee.
  • Coordinates and tracks facility activities for the program, including office moves and reconfigurations for the Natural Resources Building.
  • Establishes guidelines for space and furnishings.
