“We believe that Wild Diversity is the future. That a world in which BIPOC and LGBTQ2S+ folks feel more connected to the outdoors is inherently a better world – one in which people are more aligned with the planet. Our work is to provide opportunities for our community to cultivate these connections for themselves – finding that knowledge that they, too, are outdoorists. Our $50,000 year-end goal with Give!Guide is a small part of continuing to bring this future into being. We hope you’ll join us.”
Mission:
Wild Diversity helps to create a personal connection to the outdoors for Black, Indigenous, all People of Color (BIPOC) & the LGBTQ2S+ communities, through outdoor adventures and education.
Vision:
To welcome and create a sense of belonging in the outdoors for the BIPOC & LGBTQ+ communities. We host outdoor adventures, provide outdoor education, and facilitate community workshops.
