Full Job Description
Wildlife Conservation. Primary purpose is to make contact with non-guided and guided float boaters with a short message to increase float boater awareness of the necessity to avoid nests of threatened Wild Chinook Salmon fish during the spawning of August 15-September 15 on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in central Idaho that flows through the largest forest wilderness in the lower 48. The Middle Fork Outfitters Association provides volunteer training, camping equipment and a daily stipend to offset expenses. Volunteers are needed for one week stints.
