ArcheWild is a rapidly-growing professional ecological restoration firm with clients in PA, NJ, MD, OH, NY, DE, WV. We participate in the design and implementation of stream/river, forest, meadow, and wetland restoration plus the reimagining of large privately-owned farms. ArcheWild also operates ArcheWild Native Nurseries, the 2nd largest private genotyped native plant nursery on the East Coast.

We are hiring new staff members who have committed themselves to ecological restoration in any of the following disciplines: project/client managementconstructionengineering/landscape architecturerestoration agriculture, and native plant propagation.

  • We are restoration planners and practitioners looking for dual-purpose employees that can both participate in project implementation as well as one of the above professional disciplines.
  • Clients include state and federal agencies, conservation organizations, land trusts, municipalities, and large private land owners.  
  • Forests, meadows, agriculture, and streams comprise the vast majority of our work.  Wetland assessements, restoration, and montitoring are NOT our focus, although we have performed many.
  • Biological assessments, restoration planning and permitting, invasive remediation, contract growing, large scale planting, light construction, nursery, and project management are all activities for which you should expect to be involved

We are hiring now. Salary commensurate with your experience and fit with our company mission.  Relocation to Bucks County, PA or nearby is most likely required unless you already live in one of our core service areas.

Bachelor’s degree in any related field is preferred but not required if you have the right experience.
