Responsibilities

· Review applicable codes for project feasibility

· Participates in design and permitting process to support project goals

· Submit for permits and review for compliance to environmental regulations on commercial marine construction

· Work with local agencies, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife and Army Corps of Engineers

· Ability to work in a highly flexible, team oriented environment with individual responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

· Has extensive experience with MS Office programs – Excel, Word, Publisher etc.

· Experience with Shoreline regulations

· Experience working with Federal, State and local agencies

· Ability to understand construction drawings

· Positive contributor to the team culture; exceptional customer service

· Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

· Working knowledge and experience with AutoCAD

· Biological studies background

· Planning / Permitting experience
