Duties
Summary
This is a detail not to exceed 6 months to the FPAC BC, Information Solutions Division to orient new IT contractors to the FPAC non-federal onboarding process.
This is a detail, therefore your current series, title, grade, step, pay and duty location will remain the same.
Benefits enrollment, leave category, tenure, etc. will also remain the same.
Responsibilities
- Review onboarding packages for accuracy and completeness and sponsor IT contractors in Person Model and ServiceNow
- Follow-up with IT contractors as needed to resolve questions in onboarding packages and ensure timely submission of e-QIP, fingerprints, and Information Security Awareness Training certificates.
- Act as single point of contact with CEC to track FPAC laptop inventory and support CEC actions to deploy inventory to nationwide locations as quickly as possible.

- Prepare weekly onboarding reports for leadership and respond to data calls as needed.
