About this Event
King County’s Clean Water Plan will guide community investments that protect our waterways, the environment, and public health for decades to come. The Clean Water Plan process will allow us to thoughtfully navigate the different choices and opportunities so we make the right investments at the right time for public health and the region’s rivers, lakes, and Puget Sound.
We invite you to learn more about some of the Actions that the Clean Water Plan is exploring, the breadth of options to consider, and the decisions that will need to be made as we develop this Plan together with the community.
These virtual Technical Workshops will dive into the details of specific Actions that are designed to address particular wastewater or water quality challenges. The workshops will be great for people who have expressed interest and concern for the health of our wastewater systems now and into the future, and want to understand foundational technical aspects.
You can pick and choose which workshop(s) you want to attend, and review recordings afterward. After each presentation we’ll host an optional Q&A session with Clean Water Plan subject matter experts. Workshops will have closed captioning and live Spanish interpretation. Please let us know if you need an additional accommodation at least 10 business days before the event. We look forward to seeing you!
