This is a Principal level role both financially and in responsibility. Responsibilities:

• Senior-level project planning, design, and mentorship for both project managers and staff
• Client interactions, project sales, and development of client base
• Demonstrated skill in marketing and proposal development
• Oversight of scope, schedule, budget, and delivery of projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an environmentally oriented field (geology, environmental science, hydrology, engineering, etc.)
• 15+ years of professional experience in environmental consulting, with Pacific Northwest experience preferred
• Strong technical skills in the environmental remediation field
