The Urban Ecosystem Research Consortium (UERC) organizing committee has set the dates for the 2021 Urban Ecology Symposium:
Monday, March 1 and Tuesday, March 2, 2021 (two half-days, both in the afternoon – to reduce Zoom fatigue)
Thanks for your patience as we switch to an electronic format for 2021 to keep us safe during the pandemic. We are working on setting up registration, but we are ready to receive your abstracts by December 1:
Due to the UERC’s charge to promote the exchange of local information related to urban ecology, most selected abstracts will be from the Portland-Vancouver region but anyone is welcome to attend the symposium.
Your symposium keynote speakers will be: PK Das and Nalini Nadkarni (Also the inventor of Treetop Barbie)
