Volunteering with the Climate Center

If you’re an elementary or high school teacher, or work in higher education, and would like to donate your services or time, please let us know. We’re very interested in developing more opportunities to help support or collaborate with educational professionals in our region who are concerned about climate change and sustainability.

Examples of volunteer opportunities:

• Assist with promoting the Center’s services and programs in your school

• Attend some of our events on line

• Write an article about your work teaching about climate or sustainability issues for our monthly newsletter

• Facilitate a Climate Action Collaborative virtual workshop about integrating climate or sustainability issues into other classes, from art projects to English or psychology

• Offer consulting hours as a Climate Center Resource Faculty.
