Climate Action Plan 2.0
Evaluate the original campus Climate Action Plan (which was developed in 2009) through interviews, document review, and research about plans at other institutions. Produce an updated overview of climate action planning principles, scopes, and goals, with recommendations for creating a new and more effective plan for Evergreen, perhaps in partnership with Integrus and other sustainability organizations.

Solarpunk Action Club – Formation Plan
Develop resources to help launch a student-led Solarpunk Action Club, including a manual with procedures for governance, project ideas, and suggestions for integration with groups like WashPIRG.  (Versions of the manual might also enhance support systems for existing clubs.) Each year in the spring the club might work on organizing a community event, Solarpunk Super Saturday.

Space Land Use Group Website & Outreach
Revamp the Group’s website with updated flowcharts, student-friendly guides, and posters to make it more visible and accessible, helping students understand how to participate in campus land use decisions.

AASHE STARS Almanac & Training Resources
Create an operational almanac for our annual reports to The Association for Sustainability in Higher Education’s Sustainability Tracking and Rating System, including procedures; timelines; links to past material; and a curated list of webinar resources, training videos and best practices.

Masters of Environmental Studies Association Resources
Develop an online presence and operations documents for the Association, including an Instagram account, an updated WordPress webpage, and procedures for annual operations including major events like the Rachel Carson Forum.

FLIPS Website & Communications Setup
Create a digital presence, an operations guide including position roles/titles, and communication tools for the FLIPS group to streamline its functioning and public outreach.

Design CoLab Poster & Resource Display
Design a display poster for the Design CoLab with printed and digital versions that include a breakdown of project support resources by type, QR codes linking to submission forms, and instructions for getting consultation.

Campus Energy Committee Operational Almanac + Quarterly Gantt Chart
Revise and expand the Committee’s operational handbook and almanac to provide consistent orientation for future committee members. Include a quarterly Gantt chart showing application timelines, outreach windows, and decision dates. 

Greener Guide to Living Sustainably 
Create and maintain a living document compiling information about how to enjoy a sustainable life while at Evergreen, inckuding discussion of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and the importance of available safe spaces.
