We can dance if we want to!

Sometimes when we are training for a big event, we may get stuck in the monotony of doing the same thing, day in and day out. It is important to remember that just because you are going to be walking, it does not mean that you have to walk in order to train that way. Having a strong body is just as important as having hardened soles. Work your body in many ways. Walk, run, go up and down stairs, swim and yes…even DANCE! Throw yourself into a good song and just go for it. You don’t have to have any special equipment just get in tough with your soul!
