Tried to post in Ponferrada and alas, it isn’t on my blog. Apologies for the delay in posts!

About to hike up to O’Cebriero. My upper back was cramping yesterday, so I’ve sent my pack ahead for the first time. I can’t decide whether or not to be worried that I’ve hit this many limitations with my body, considering that I’m quite young, or just be accepting of my body as it is and move forward in confidence. Ive mainly done the latter, and am excited to have the opportunity to look up from the road a little more than usual today.
