I am spending winter quarter researching Spanish agriculture and tourism economies . At the end of this quarter I will give my farewell to Oly, and board a plane and leave for Barcelona. After a couple days of rest I will board a bus to St. Jean Pied de Port in France where I will start my Camino, on the French route.
