I enjoyed your podcast. I do have some comments as someone who works in the policy realm of green/ecological gentrification.
    1. What do you want listeners to walk away with after listening to your podcast? The language you used to describe EG presents the situation as a zero-sum game: parks or affordable housing. There is no room for moving forward in an inclusive, creative way. When I talk to people, like Mayors and City Council members, I use the language of public health to avoid the zero-sum game position. If you want to your listeners to think creatively about the possibilities of accommodating housing and green spaces, then you need to use language to support this.
    2. Move through critique to supporting actions. Yes, being able to articulate what EG is and why EG is important to deal with IS important — but it is only the first step. I encourage you to think about economic stability in the context of greening up and the use of public health linguistic strategies to promote a more inclusive approach to framing a policy conversation about equitable green infrastructure.
