If you have already done part a) using A = 1, no need to re-do (even though it is not a difficult fix).<\/del> No, it was correct as given.<\/li>\n<li>Let&#8217;s make Problem 7g) a bonus, just like 8d). Two approaches work well (the two I did) but I should have cued you better about the calculus challenge or invited you to use technology; a third approach doesn&#8217;t work because of some subtle issues.<\/li>\n<li>Planck&#8217;s constant h = 6.626 x 10<sup>-34<\/sup> J\u00b7s; h-bar = h\/(2*pi); h\u2022c = 1240 eV\u2022nm.<\/li>\n<li>Cancel Problem 18c); in fact this transition is allowed.
