This is a 12-month, hybrid professional learning experience designed to support K\u201312 educators in deepening leadership grounded in Indigenous knowledge systems, strengthening culturally responsive teaching practices, and building meaningful connections within a national cohort.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fellows will:<\/p>\n<p><br \/>\u2728\u00a0Engage in monthly virtual mentorship and collaborative learning<\/p>\n<p>\u2708\ufe0f\u00a0Attend 2 in-person conferences with your cohort (NIEA 2026 Educator Day &amp; Convention, and NAU\u2019s 2027 AIITEC)<br \/>\ud83d\udcda\u00a0Develop a classroom- or community-based impact project<br \/>\ud83c\udf93\u00a0Earn up to 65 seat hours<br \/>\ud83d\udcbc\u00a0Receive a $1,500 stipend upon successful completion<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you have previously participated in a teacher preparation (pre-service) or professional development (in-service) program focused on Native American or Indigenous contexts and are currently a full-time, fully certified K\u201312 teacher, please apply.
