I wanted to let you know that the Washington Sea Grant Coastal Resilience Fellowship is open until a month from now, and this work is meant to connect students from the Pacific coast of Washington with opportunities to help entities in that area with implementing environmental resilience projects. The fellowship lasts for two years, fellows get paid very well ($75k for the first year, $78k for the second year), and they are provided with ample opportunities for professional development and networking. These are the hosts for this coming application cycle:

Chinook Indian Nation & Columbia Land Trust

North Olympic Development Council

Pacific Conservation District

Shoalwater Bay Indian Tribe

Quinault Indian Nation

If you know students who would be a good fit, please encourage them to apply!
