That upfront offer is: 100% paid-for tuition and fees for four years, a need-based Promise Grant to offset cost-of-living expenses, targeted help to apply, and guidance and mentorship once you arrive.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Shelton Promise Program is open to all Shelton School District students graduating in 2025 and 2026.
