This is a brief reminder that the deadline for receiving all approvals for Spring 2026 Independent Learning Contracts (ILCs) or Internship Contracts (INTs) is March 13, 2026, Friday of week 10 of winter quarter. While it is possible to register contracts beyond that date, additional paperwork would be required to complete late ILC/INT registrations.
Tips to make sure you have a successful contract registration:

Identify a faculty sponsor as early as possible, and talk to them about your plans for your contract with enough time to get feedback from them and determine the feasibility of your contract.

Any faculty members who are new to the college that have not completed the ILC/INT training with the Academic Deans Office will not be able to sponsor spring 2026 contracts. They can reach out to Kristina Ackley (ackleyk@evergreen.edu) to schedule a time for a training for sponsoring contracts taking place in summer 2026 and beyond.
