href=\"https:\/\/tulaliplushootseed.com\/?s=Salal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> (Click to Listen)<\/a> The berries stay on the plant into the fall.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The fruits feed many birds such as Spotted Towhees, American Robins, Grouse, Band-tailed Pigeons.&nbsp; Squirrels, chipmunks, foxes, coyotes, and black bears eat the fruits.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<figure
