Beginning Fall 2023, Jeffrey Callen, MPA, PhD will be a full-time faculty member in the Master of Public Administration–Tribal Governance Program at The Evergreen State College.  Jeffrey grew up in Bozeman, MT and received his B.A. in Philosophy and his Master in Public Administration from Montana State University. Jeffrey earned his PhD in Public Administration from Arizona State University and was on the editorial team of The Journal of Public Affairs Education. He was faculty in the Master of Public Administration at Idaho State University before being employed as Senior Planner for the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes of the Fort Hall Reservation, Idaho. Jeffrey is currently visiting faculty in the MPA program at TESC. He, his three daughters, and two Labradors moved to Olympia last autumn. After decades of living in arid (and ever so dusty!) regions, Jeffrey will often be seen standing in the lovely PNW rain and smiling.
