Apply project management, communication, engagement, and relationship-building strategies to expand access to and adoption of a vertically aligned environmental education learning program.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with school district leaders and locally elected school boards to support local curriculum adoption processes. Provide information, respond to questions, and communicate the educational value and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) alignment of WDFW\u2019s Wild Washington curriculum to support informed adoption decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, research, and prioritize opportunities for curriculum integration by analyzing state education initiatives, district instructional priorities, and environmental literacy efforts, resulting in targeted outreach plans.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Meet with district curriculum directors, principals, science coordinators, and instructional coaches to demonstrate how WDFW&#8217;s Wild Washington lesson bundles align across elementary grade levels and support district science, environmental literacy, and outdoor learning goals, resulting in district-level curriculum adoption.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate statewide communications with educators and partners through email, newsletters, social media, and professional networks to promote curriculum resources and implementation opportunities.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Professional Development and Educator Support:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Support the design, coordination, and facilitation of professional learning opportunities for teachers, educators, administrators, and other education partners.
