The voting process will close on February 2nd, 11:59 PM EST.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The winners announcement will take place in the Conference Closing Ceremony on February 3th, 2027.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All finalists are requested to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Send a digital copy of their poster by<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> January 15, 2027.
