It&#8217;s open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents who are college seniors, first-year graduate students or in a gap year before starting a PhD.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_MsoNormal\"><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Beyond funding, fellows join the Hertz Community, a lifelong network of more than 1,300 innovators who mentor and collaborate with each other long after the fellowship ends.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_MsoNormal\"><strong><span data-ogsc=\"black\">How can prospective applicants learn more?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_MsoNormal\"><span data-ogsc=\"black\">We&#8217;re hosting information sessions on September 10 and 14 to help prospective applicants understand the fellowship and how to prepare a strong application.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"gb-text h2-heading gb-text-398333c4\">KEY APPLICATION DATES<\/h2>\n<p class=\"gb-text p-paragraph\">We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of the entire application timeline.
