Summary:<\/strong>
<\/strong>The Watershed Restoration Program (WRP) Manager supports the WRP Director in planning, coordinating, and implementing restoration projects across public and private lands throughout the U.S.-Mexico borderlands. This position is responsible for assisting with projects from proposal development through completion, including coordinating project implementation, tracking budgets and timelines, maintaining partner relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.<\/p>\n

This is primarily an office-based position with regular field visits to restoration sites, workshops, and partner meetings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, with strong project management skills and a passion for ecological restoration and conservation.<\/p>\n

Geographic Location:\u00a0 <\/strong>The Watershed Restoration Program is based in Patagonia, AZ. This is a hybrid position, so the WRP Manager must be located in Patagonia or close enough to be physically in Patagonia at least 3 days a week.<\/p>\n

Hours & Compensation: <\/strong>This position is full-time at 36 hours per week starting at $59,000 – $62,000. Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n
