Mandatory seasonal overtime.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong>\u00a0The project manager will oversee\u00a0planning\u00a0and implementation of\u00a0a portfolio of\u00a0ecological restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, environmental science, and a passion for ecological restoration. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring that restoration efforts meet ecological goals.\u00a0\u00a0This position\u00a0will conduct\u00a0work both outdoors and in an office setting.\u00a0\u00a0This position will\u00a0report\u00a0to the\u00a0Director of Operations.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Hillsboro, Oregon. Project sites across the Pacific Northwest.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transportation:\u00a0<\/strong>Provide own transportation to work sites, Hillsboro\u00a0office, or other planned locations.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<\/strong>\u00a0$56,000 to $75,000\u00a0DOE.\u00a0Paid time off, sick leave, medical and dental insurance, monthly phone\u00a0stipend\u00a0or company issued cellphone, life insurance, retirement.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties\/Responsibilities:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the execution of restoration projects, ensuring they\u00a0meet client expectations\u00a0and ACFM profitability requirements.\u00a0\u00a0Partner with Project Development Managers to implement new projects.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Conduct site risk assessments;\u00a0Identify\u00a0potential project risks and develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful and safe projects.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring that projects\u00a0remain\u00a0within financial constraints; ensure that invoices are sent to clients\u00a0and payments received\u00a0in a timely manner.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Clearly outline field\u00a0staff\u00a0on desired project outcomes and goals and ensure that field teams are equipped and empowered to complete assigned projects on time and to quality specifications; foster a professional, collaborative, and results-oriented environment on all projects.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Act as a liaison between company, customers, field\u00a0staff, and vendors, and address any questions, concerns, or complaints throughout the project.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Deliver and\u00a0maintain\u00a0all documented ACFM standards of success in safety, quality, and output, on all projects.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills\/Abilities:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, customers, and coworkers.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving project\u00a0objectives.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Possession of valid driver\u2019s license\u00a0and safe driving record.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, ArcGIS, and related project management software.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Natural Resource Management, or a related field,\u00a0preferred.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Previous\u00a0background experience in project management, specifically in ecological restoration or related environmental projects.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of ecological principles, restoration techniques, and relevant regulations.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of relevant\u00a0field work\u00a0experience,\u00a0required.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability, motivation, and endurance for eight to ten hours of productive manual labor.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work outdoors across uneven terrain during inclement weather.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ability to safely lift 60
