Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Leadership and Supervision:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Ensure that staff understand and meet goals and expectations and accept responsibility for results. \u00a0Promote cohesive, cooperative teamwork within operational guidelines.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Budget Management:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Ensure that budget proposals are accurate and with costs fully documented before presenting to the Fish Program or funding entities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Long-term, Strategic Planning:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Develop strategic plans that reflect understanding\/consideration for key issues and needs of constituents and the agency.
