Our riverfront headquarters located in stunning Sierra Nevada, is where that mission becomes tangible &#8211; and the condition of this place is inseparable from our ability to deliver on it worldwide.<\/p>\n<h2>THE ROLE<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>GUEST EXPERIENCE &amp; HOSPITALITY:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-size: inherit\">You&#8217;re the welcoming face of every visit &#8211; ensuring our two on-site guest properties are immaculate and ready for wildland fire leaders, instructors, and program participants from around the world. From reservation logistics to check-out, you own the experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:<\/strong> You&#8217;ll keep 13 acres of mountain terrain running through every season &#8211; grounds, riverfront, buildings, and equipment. Hands-on maintenance, contractor coordination, and smart oversight of the people and tools it takes to keep a working property thriving.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>WHAT WE&#8217;RE LOOKING FOR<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE:<\/strong> Proper or grounds management, or related field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HANDS-ON SKILLS:<\/strong> Basic plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and carpentry.<\/li>\n<li><strong>EQUIPMENT:<\/strong> Tractor, UTV, chainsaw, power tools (or willing to learn).<\/li>\n<li><strong>GUEST COORDINATION:<\/strong> Calendars, comms, and logistics.<\/li>\n<li><strong>TEAM OVERSIGHT:<\/strong> Directing volunteers and contractors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>OUTDOORS READY:<\/strong> 75 lb lift, all weather, mountain environment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>BONUS:<\/strong> Wildlife fire or forestry background, riparian mgmt, trades certifications, hospitality experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>APPLY OR LEARN MORE<\/h2>\n<p>Request the full position description or apply by emailing us your resume and 3 references (name &amp; phone).
