This position is stationed in Newport, OR.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide informal interpretation for visitors on the seabirds and marine mammals of Oregon Islands National Wildlife Refuge at multiple locations<\/li>\n<li>Assist with communication, outreach, and marketing for wildlife refuges through a variety of media<\/li>\n<li>Work alongside refuge volunteers and staff on habitat restoration<\/li>\n<li>Help protect wildlife and ensure visitor safety<\/li>\n<li>Assist with trail maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. preferred or some undergrad coursework in biology, natural resources, park management, or related field required<\/li>\n<li>U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident under age 31<\/li>\n<li>Valid state driver&#8217;s license<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work independently and in groups<\/li>\n<li>Must have good observational and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Schedule flexibility, including weekend, holidays, and
