The salary listed in this posting does not reflect the COLA.<\/i> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OREGON\u2019S NATURAL RESOURCES! <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><u>Opportunity Awaits, Apply Today! <\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>As a Human Dimensions Project Leader (Natural Resource Specialist 3) based in Newport, Oregon, your primary responsibilities will include leading the execution of ODFW\u2019s Oregon Marine Reserves Human Dimensions Monitoring &amp; Research Plan and serving as the Department\u2019s primary point of contact with regards to social science related to the marine reserves and nearshore marine resource management. Duties include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Identifying social science research priorities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Leading research design, data collection, analysis and reporting both within ODFW and in collaboration with academic, community and other partners<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>External communication<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Outreach and engagement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Administering research budget<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinating contracts and agreements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Developing research grant proposals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
