Submit payroll to the accountant for processing.<\/li>\n<li>Manage insurance claims and contracts working with external insurance agent.<\/li>\n<li>Handle contracts for utilities (e.g., phone, gas, Internet, power\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Handle contracts for rentals (e.g., photocopier)<\/li>\n<li>Process donations and grants, including thank-you letters, using Bloomerang.<\/li>\n<li>Provide the financial data requiring grant expenditures for final grant reports.<\/li>\n<li>Manage memberships and animal adoptions.<\/li>\n<li>Process required paperwork for YWS volunteers and interns.<\/li>\n<li>Handle licenses and permits (e.g., vehicle registration, business license\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance for the gift shop purchases.
