The Rural Lands Senior Conservationist will lead the StreamCare program to improve riparian areas and support enhancement of other priority habitats. \u00a0Responsibilities include landowner engagement, restoration project design and implementation oversight, monitoring and reporting, and relationship management with contractors and partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has expertise in vegetation ecology, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is passionate about our mission.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>At EMSWCD we believe we are stronger together, and actively work to build a diverse, connected, and healthy staff and community. Pay is commensurate with experience within the $70,854 &#8211; $106,281 scale.
