Primary duties include: 1) wildlife rescue and rehabilitation – intake, diagnosis, medical treatment, daily care,\u00a0and determination of need for veterinary consultation for small to mid-sized mammals (including bear cubs\u00a0and deer fawns), birds of all sizes, and occasionally reptiles, 2) supervising facility intern(s), assistant manager,\u00a0and volunteer personnel, providing leadership, training, and oversight of rehabilitation practices, daily animal\u00a0care, and facility and vehicle maintenance, including care of resident educational animals, 3) public\u00a0educational outreach and event presentations and regular coordination with BOD, and 4) associated data\u00a0management and administrative work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
