The successful candidate will create and maintain the Stormwater, Water, and Sewer Infrastructure Mapping through regular updates to existing map layers, and update and maintain inventory of the stormwater, water and sewer facility locations and configurations through GPS-based field data collection or translating data received in various formats from other departments \/ divisions or third parties. They also work with team members on spill response, CCTV truck and various utility tasks.<\/p>\n<p>Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the following:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enters data, maintains databases such as ESRI databases, prepares regulatory reports, and assists in data analysis, as required.\u00a0Develops stormwater, water and sewer infrastructure maps in GIS layers and provides regular updates to existing map layers through versioned edits in ESRI ArcMAP or ArcPRO software or other closely related environment.\u00a0 Updates and maintains inventory of the stormwater, water and sewer facility locations and configurations.<\/li>\n<li>Locates and inspects stormwater infrastructure utilizing a multitude of tools including but not limited to, Closed Caption Television camera, push cameras, locating equipment, GIS grade GPS units which require experience in field data collection techniques, including various field practices to obtain horizontal\/vertical data and an understanding of Real-Time Networks and post-processing of GNSS data.
