The Chehalis Basin Collaborative for Salmon Habitat solicits interest from consultants with meeting minute preparation experience.<\/p>\n
Services will be provided to complete a portion of Task 1.2 for the Chehalis Basin Collaborative for Salmon Habitat: \u201cMaintain a set of complete records.\u201d<\/p>\n
Tasks of this contract will include: attend virtual and in-person meetings of the Chehalis Basin Lead Entity\u2019s steering group, the Habitat Work Group; take notes during the meeting (3 hours per month, 10 meetings pers year); and prepare a written meeting summary (approximately 3 hours per meeting).\u00a0<\/p>\n
Meetings occur on the first Monday of every month, unless there is a holiday Monday, from 9:00am-12:00pm.\u00a0 Meetings will be held in person at least every other month near Oakville, WA.\u00a0 The consultant may participate in meetings online or type up minutes based on a Zoom recording, though in-person participation is encouraged. \u00a0Travel will be reimbursed at the current federal IRS milage rate.<\/p>\n
Term of contract<\/u>: November, 2025 – June 30, 2026<\/p>\n
