There is option for contract extension and\/or future contracts depending on project need and availability.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope of Work &amp; Deliverables<\/strong><br \/>The selected contractor will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and document a reproducible GIS workflow to assess:\n<ul>\n<li>Open water extent<\/li>\n<li>Greenline (riparian vegetation) width<\/li>\n<li>Thermal imagery indicators of groundwater seepage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Analyze imagery datasets provided by Think Wild (NDVI, aerial, and thermal)<\/li>\n<li>Create:\n<ul>\n<li>3\u20135 high-quality maps<\/li>\n<li>2\u20133 summary data tables or graphics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Draft 1\u20132 paragraph written summaries of findings for each analysis metric<\/li>\n<li>Participate in 1\u20132 brief virtual check-ins with the Think Wild team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Final Deliverables Due by September 15, 2025:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reproducible GIS workflow and metadata<\/li>\n<li>Final maps and visualizations<\/li>\n<li>Written summary of analysis results (for grant reports)<\/li>\n<li>Georeferenced datasets\/layers (optional but preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, or similar GIS platform<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with aerial and satellite imagery<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with vegetation classification and hydrologic mapping<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience analyzing thermal imagery and\/or groundwater indicators<\/li>\n<li>Background in restoration ecology, watershed science, or landscape hydrology<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Columbia Plateau or Eastern Oregon ecosystems<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Beaver Dam Analog (BDA) or similar nature-based restoration methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Think Wild is an equal opportunity employer.
