The majority of this work focuses on riparian buffer restoration projects and installing in-stream bio-engineered structures. Serves as an integral member of a team of conservation professionals working primarily in the field. The position is primarily in the field and will work on completing fieldwork (planting, controlling weeds, installing in-stream structures, mowing, and watering) and assist other staff in carrying out miscellaneous grant or contract-related tasks as part of the Palouse Conservation District\u2019s annual plan of work. \u00a0 This position is a member of the District\u2019s team of natural resource conservation professionals working together to enhance and protect natural resources within the District.<\/p>\n<br \/><strong>Position Details<\/strong>\n<table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">FTE:<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\">Full Time (40 hours\/week)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">Compensation:<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\">Grade 5 | $19.39 &#8211; $25.20\/hour (DOE)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">Position Type:<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\">Regular (benefit eligible)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<dt>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<\/dt>\n<dd>\n<p><br \/><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"isPasted\">Technical Degree (AS\/AA) in Natural Resources, Environmental Sciences or closely related field.
