The program\u2019s goal is to cultivate the next generation of marine and coastal science and policy leaders who are representative of the full spectrum of Washington state communities.\u00a0<b>Open to all students<\/b>, the WSG Keystone Fellowship Program is\u00a0<b>committed to broadening and enhancing access for all students, including people of color, individuals with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ individuals<\/b>, who wish to pursue careers in marine science and policy.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This\u00a0<b>one-year<\/b>\u00a0paid fellowship is open to all highly motivated and qualified early-career professionals who share a dedication to these goals.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Fellows are matched with host organizations including state and local governments, tribes, nonprofits, and maritime industries, where they focus on projects addressing pressing coastal and marine issues.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Fellows gain valuable experience, training, and mentorship while working on impactful science, policy, and industry-related projects.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We strongly encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply and priority will be given to those who demonstrate a commitment to broadening participation in marine and coastal professions and to creating a workplace environment that is welcoming and prioritizes dignity and respect for all people.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2>How
