Most systems require an \u2018administrator\u2019 role. This role is designated as the Administrator for current and future federal IT systems. The administrator assigns organizational roles, creates workspaces within federal systems for grant applications and other documents, populates workspaces with prior application materials and standard agency content.<\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible for sub-recipient monitoring and reporting for entities that receive federal funding passed through from Ecology. A Sub recipient is a non-Federal entity that receives a subaward from a pass-through entity to carry out part of a federal program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<br \/>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Manage the agency federal grant application process for all programs throughout Ecology.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Create workspaces in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/grants.gov\/\" data-uw-rm-brl=\"PR\" data-uw-original-href=\"\/\/Grants.gov\">Grants.gov<\/a>.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Track and coordinate federal grant action notices and communications.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Prepare grant packages and system forms for CFO review and approval.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Provide high-level review of grant materials to know when to return to program staff to make corrections.<br \/>Ensure documents are in the correct format for final submission.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Act as Ecology administrator for any federal systems which allow an Ecology staff to manage system permissions and roles for Ecology fiscal and program staff.
