This position hires both work-study and non-work-study students. Hours are flexible: 0-20\/week non-work study, or 0-19\/week with work-study.<\/p>\n<p>Position Summary:<\/p>\n<p>CAL Tech I position can be broken down into three areas of duties &amp; responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>1. End-User Support<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>help desk;<\/li>\n<li>answering the phone;<\/li>\n<li>provide assistance to students with computer use;<\/li>\n<li>research solutions that students encounter with software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Operations<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>opening\/closing the CAL;<\/li>\n<li>cleaning and tidying up;<\/li>\n<li>maintaining printers by replenishing supplies;<\/li>\n<li>lost-and-found; create tickets, organize items, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>maintain class scheduling by updating whiteboards and Google calendars;<\/li>\n<li>Deliver\/Pickup Chromecart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Professional Development<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You may work on schoolwork, or other projects, while waiting to help students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>must be an Evergreen student enrolled in at least 4 undergraduate credits, or 2 graduate credits;<\/li>\n<li>Basic computer skills.
