The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Northeast Region, is looking for three\u00a0State Lands Foresters<\/strong>\u00a0to join our North Columbia unit. These positions, under the supervision of the Unit foresters, will have regular interaction with foresters, forest engineers, other natural resource professionals, other agency\/organization members, and the general public. These positions have responsibilities within the Presales program to include performing as a lead forester on timber sales and timber sale contract compliance, including regeneration, and other silvicultural practices with a harvest level of approximately 18MMBF per year. This position may also support the fire suppression program during peak workloads.\n
