(AIS)<\/strong>\u00a0is a national scientific services firm supporting maritime activities requiring certification of compliance with environmental regulations as well as collecting data for use by Federal, State, Municipal, and other government agencies along the US coastline.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Function:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the client, IEc, and AIS, ensuring communication and coordination. They will be available via phone to address concerns, emergencies, and ad hoc items that arise. The Project Manager will monitor project performance and financials to ensure deliverables are being met on time and within budget.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties\/Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducts kick-off meeting and onboarding for field staff<\/li>\n<li>Creates a monthly status report on project deliverables for the client<\/li>\n<li>Approves field staff weekly expenses based on Federal GSA rates<\/li>\n<li>Maintains and tracks financials of the project monthly<\/li>\n<li>Monitors the weekly staff and site schedule to ensure all surveys are completed<\/li>\n<li>Weekly check-ins with Field Coordinator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong>\u00a0Candidates will be paid an hourly rate to be negotiated, and total compensation will be between $28-$32\/hour.
