framework:\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Translate new or existing or Riparian data into a format appropriate to PHS applications.<\/li>\n<li>Develop technical documentation of methods used to create spatial data.<\/li>\n<li>Develop user guides for application of Riparian data.<\/li>\n<li>Develop management recommendations for protecting Riparian habitat priorities in the land use and transportation planning context.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Identify spatial data identifying priority Riparian habitat locations in Washington state:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Identify appropriate existing spatial data identifying Riparian habitat location and condition.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and make recommendations about existing spatial data relative to the Best Available Science standard defined in Washington state code (WAC 365-195-915).<\/li>\n<li>Engage and collaborate with scientists and modelers developing, reviewing, or revising Riparian models or technical prioritization efforts relevant to Riparian habitats in Washington.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Provide technical assistance on the development and application of Riparian habitat data in the context of land use planning and land management:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Provide technical assistance on the applications of PHS Riparian data to internal and external users in the context of local land use planning, transportation planning, growth management, shoreline management.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate the value and importance of Riparian habitat, the current state of Best Available Science on Riparian, and the value and application of PHS tools supporting Riparian internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and provide training and outreach materials to facilitate understanding and implementation of management recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Represent the agency in a technical capacity on efforts to create new Riparian data products and strategies:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Participate in research activities including data collection, evaluation, and analysis to identify priority locations for Riparian habitat protection, restoration, and enhancement.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in working groups developing Riparian data products, priorities, and implementation strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Produce or co-produce materials and written deliverables (e.g., reports, maps, toolkits, white papers, and academic articles) with a focus on Riparian science.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Maintain spatial data identifying priority Riparian locations in Washington state:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Review on-going, current Riparian science and modeling to ensure that PHS data meet the Best Available Science standard defined in Washington state code (WAC 365-195-915).<\/li>\n<li>Review and revise spatial Riparian priorities as needed to continue to meet the Best Available Science standard defined in Washington state code (WAC 365-195-915).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\u00a0<br \/><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:<\/strong><br \/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Work Setting, including hazards:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Office hazards include working under fluorescent light, repetitively entering data into computer, looking at computer monitor for long periods of time, sitting or standing for long periods of
