Performs journey-level work and interpret and follow detailed survey project instructions issued by the department Chief Surveyor.<\/strong>
\u00a0<\/strong>
Locate rights-of-way, topographic features, property lines, corners, and boundaries; supervise field survey party; make notations for office computation, checking, and mapping; analyze record survey data and recommend positions for General Land Office (GLO) and other boundary corners; monument GLO and other boundary corners; and coordinate Region control surveys.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this dynamic role,\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>you will assist with project analysis and survey map preparation.
\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>
With your experience,\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>you will conduct reconnaissance, brushing, traversing, and corner setting.
\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>
We are seeking a candidate<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0to establish survey control networks utilizing both conventional and Global Positioning System equipment.<\/p>\n
