It is available for any Washington State resident enrolled (or expected to be enrolled) in any 2-year, 4-year, or graduate degree program or vocational program.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"attribute\">\n<div>Academic Year<\/div>\n<div>2024 &#8211;
